How to order – Please read fully before ordering Your chosen words can be single words, dates, short sentences (max of three words) Your chosen words are placed randomly and will be repeated to fit your chosen shape. A minimum of 10 words is required up to approx 35 you can have more if you wish. Colour choice of your text one solid colour or a mix of two colours,on text if no colour choice given Black text is used as standard. I always prepare a sample first, and message to you please look out for your sample to be sent to you, Usually within 24 hours of purchase (Mon-Fri) If you aren’t happy with word positions your sample shape can be reshuffled as a whole unit but it is not possible to move/place individual words Once sample approval has been received I will dispatch your order within 48 hours Mon-Friday. I attempt to contact each buyer twice with their sample, I dispatch automatically if I have no contact from buyers within 24 hours of second contact attempt.
