Personalised Products Most items sold on this website are personalised or custom‑made. Because these products are created specifically for you, they are exempt from cancellation, returns and refunds under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, colours, wording) are correct at the time of ordering. 3. Ordering Process

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed if it includes personalisation.
