All products are handmade to order in the UK.

2. Personalised Products

Most items sold on this website are personalised or custom‑made. Because these products are created specifically for you, they are exempt from cancellation, returns and refunds under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please ensure all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, colours, wording) are correct at the time of ordering.

3. Ordering Process

• Orders are created based on the exact information you provide.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed if it includes personalisation.

• If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we will try to help, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).

• Payment must be made in full at checkout.

• We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

• 5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched from the UK.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

• You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will apply.
