How to Order – Please Read Fully Before Ordering

Create a unique personalised print using your own chosen words. A minimum of 15 words is required. Please list your words in order of importance — the first three words will be made to stand out.

You can use single words, numbers, or dates, and short phrases of up to three words. Choose one or two text colours and include your colour choice with your word list.

Your words are placed randomly to fill your chosen shape. Longer phrases will appear smaller within the design.

A sample proof will always be prepared and sent to you, usually within 72 hours (Mon–Fri). If you are not happy with the word placement, your shape can be reshuffled as a whole unit, but individual word placement cannot be adjusted. If words/colours are requested to be added or removed then a small redesign fee will be payable.

A reshuffle replaces your original sample — a second preview is not offered.

Once your sample has been approved — or 48 hours has passed without a reply — your order will be dispatched (Mon–Fri).
