How to Order – Please Read Fully Before Ordering

Create a unique personalised print using your own chosen words. You can include a minimum of 10 words up to around 40. Please also include your colour choice — either one solid colour or a mix of two colours. If no colour is provided, black text will be used as standard.

Your words can be single words, dates, or short sentences. Please note: longer sentences will appear smaller within the design. All words are placed randomly to fill your chosen shape. If you would like the first three words to appear bolder, simply add BOLD after each of those three words.

A sample proof will always be prepared and sent to you. Samples are usually sent within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). If you are not happy with the word placement, your shape can be reshuffled as a whole unit, but individual word placement cannot be adjusted. If you request word or colour changes after the sample has been created, a small redesign fee will apply.

Once your sample has been approved — or 48 hours has passed without a reply — your order will be dispatched within 36 hours (Mon–Fri).

ll pictures shown and all words used are for illustration only. Each finished print is unique to each buyer. Colours shown are a guide only due to different screen settings, and the final printed colour may vary slightly.
