📝 How to Order

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Choose Your Words

You can include single words, dates or short phrases (maximum three words per phrase).

A minimum of 15 words is required, up to a maximum of 50.

Longer phrases will appear smaller within the design, due to space restrictions.

2. Choose Your Colours

Select one solid text colour or a mix of two colours.

3. Approve Your Sample

A digital sample will be sent to you via messages within 72 hours (Mon–Fri).

If you’d like changes, the entire word layout can be reshuffled, it is not possible to place words in specific areas.

Words are placed randomly and may be repeated to fill the shape. If words are requested to be removed or added including a colour change a small redesign fee will be payable.

4. Dispatch

Once you approve your sample, or 48 hours has passed, your print will be dispatched within 72 hours (Mon–Fri).
